Terms & Conditions

  1. Scope of Work
    All design and execution work will be carried out as per the agreed proposal, drawings, and specifications. Any additional work requested will be subject to extra charges.

  2. Project Timeline
    The estimated project timeline will be shared before work begins. Delays caused by client decisions, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances may affect the completion date.

  3. Payments
    Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Work will only proceed when payments are received on time. Late payments may result in delays or suspension of work.

  4. Materials & Finishes
    The Design Company will source materials as specified. Any changes requested by the client may affect cost, quality, or delivery time.

  5. Design Ownership
    All design concepts, drawings, and visuals remain the intellectual property of The Design Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  6. Site Access & Safety
    The client must provide timely access to the site. The company will ensure safe working practices but will not be responsible for damages caused by third parties on-site.

  7. Warranties
    Warranties for products or services will be as per the manufacturer’s or vendor’s terms. The Design Company is not liable for natural wear and tear or misuse.

  8. Cancellations
    Any project cancellation after commencement will result in billing for work completed and materials purchased up to the date of cancellation.

  9. Liability
    The Design Company will take all reasonable care during execution but will not be held responsible for delays or losses caused by events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, supplier delays).
